Negative: Pass the keys, who manage the place are not helpful. We had a problem with the smoke alarm and called them several times. In the end I contacted the property owner ( I shouldn't of had to bother her ) after 3 days 'pass the keys' contacted me back with a solution. I had already had someone come and remove the Alarms). I have been coming to this property for 10 years and not enjoyed this time at all. Losing sleep doesn't help. The once well kept garden has an unloved feel about it and a crazy paved patio area that is loose and in my opinion dangerous. There are a few other small issues, a large stain on one the bedroom carpets, visible damp in one of the bedroom, the dishwasher gas a loose door seal and leaks if its not fitted properly. It's true what 'they' say. You only know how good a company is when they deal with a problem , on this occasion they have failed, it's hardly surprising when you see the 'pass the keys ' shop front in Dalbeattie it is unsightly needs a clean and doesn't install confidence. It does however have a different contact number that may be more helpful. On a positive note thd house is homely had a well stocked kitchen and the area is beautiful.
